Privacy Policy

FatePaw processes chart inputs, recommendation records, WooCommerce order data, payment status, email delivery data, and PDF generation metadata only for providing the requested reading, product recommendation, checkout, customer support, fraud prevention, and service reliability.

Chart and recommendation data

Chart tokens are not placed in checkout URLs, emails, order notes, analytics payloads, error messages, or referrers. Recommendation analytics use safe identifiers such as recommendation id, product id, event type, and chart type.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe through WooCommerce. FatePaw does not store full card numbers. Stripe and WooCommerce may process payment, billing, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, and tax-related data according to their own policies and applicable law.

PDF delivery

Generated PDF files are accessed from the order details page. Download links require order access and a time-limited token. Email notifications link to the order details page instead of exposing raw download tokens.

Cross-border processing

The service may use infrastructure, payment processors, email services, and storage providers outside the user’s country or region. By using the service, users understand that data may be processed across borders where permitted by law.

Deletion and support

Users may contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data. Some order, payment, tax, security, and fraud-prevention records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.
