Refund Policy

FatePaw sells digital reports and selected physical products through WooCommerce checkout.

Digital PDF reports

PDF reports are generated after successful payment. If a report cannot be generated or cannot be accessed because of a technical issue, contact support with the order number and we will either restore access, regenerate the report, or issue a refund.

Because digital reports are generated from user-provided chart data, completed and delivered digital reports are normally not refundable unless required by applicable law.

Physical products

For damaged, incorrect, or missing physical products, contact support within 7 days of delivery with the order number and photos where relevant. Refunds or replacements are reviewed case by case.

How to request help

Use the contact details on this website and include the WooCommerce order number. Do not send birth details or chart tokens by email unless support explicitly asks for them through a secure channel.
